We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our Food & Beverage operation and create exceptional experiences for our guests. This is a hands-on role where you'll support the day-to-day running of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service, supporting team members and helping to deliver memorable guest experiences. What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage departments
  • Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest service across all food and beverage areas
  • Support, coach and motivate team members during service
  • Assist with the organisation and delivery of restaurant, bar, breakfast and event operations (where applicable)
  • Ensure service standards are maintained consistently across all outlets
  • Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally and effectively
  • Support stock control, ordering and operational administration where required
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, food safety and company standards
  • Assist with training and onboarding new team members
  • Help create a positive and engaging environment for guests and colleagues

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role
  • Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead by example and support others
  • Organised and able to perform effectively in a busy environment
  • Positive, proactive and team-focused approach
