We're looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our food and beverage operation, delivering outstanding guest experiences, developing a high-performing team and driving commercial success. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar, maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring guests enjoy memorable experiences in a welcoming environment.

The Opportunity
As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team engagement and efficient service delivery. You'll lead and develop your team, oversee operational standards and work closely with kitchen and hotel teams to maximise guest satisfaction and commercial performance. Your role will be central to creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring both outlets operate effectively and achieve their objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar, ensuring exceptional service standards
- Recruit, train, coach and develop food and beverage team members
- Create a positive and engaging environment for guests and team members
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction and service quality
- Manage staffing levels, rotas and operational resources effectively
- Drive revenue opportunities while maintaining excellent guest experiences
- Monitor costs, stock levels and departmental performance
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety and company standards
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel teams to deliver operational excellence
