Stanley House Consulting is proud to partner with an innovative and highly reputable company in the Executive Coaching sector to recruit a visionary and people-centric Managing Director and Executive Coach. This dynamic company is seeking a leader to drive operations across two key divisions, ensuring continued growth and strategic excellence. The Role:

As the Strategy Director and Coach, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational management. This is a high-impact role that requires enhancing operational efficiency, while leading and expanding the business in order to maintain its position as a market leader. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with the Edu team in the UK to develop our strategy, becoming a necessary part and a trusted advisor to the UK Edu leadership team.
  • Help run the UK business, own important processes like business reviews and planning, and establish and shape the way we work, through running the operational rhythm of business, metrics.
  • Drive the business forward by executing initiatives to accelerate growth and land programs to scale.
  • Analyse and review the business - generating insights that identify where and how Education leadership should spend time.
  • Identify opportunities to refine existing processes, and help guide up the effectiveness of the team.
  • Partner with other supporting functions - including HQ Planning, Sales Operations, Finance and Recruiting - to run joint reviews and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Driving growth and aligning with the company’s global objectives.
  • Coaching Excellence: Delivery of top-tier executive coaching programs while fostering a results-driven coaching culture.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key representative for the organization, cultivating strong relationships with corporate clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Team Development: Motivate and mentor senior teams, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and vision.
  • Innovation: Identify emerging needs in the executive coaching space and contribute to the development of new programs and AI-driven tools that support client success.

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience working in education, strategy and operations or sales operations.
  • Experience working with executives in an advisor role, and building and managing teams.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and synthesise into actionable business insights.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with effective time-management and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to manage executive stakeholders and communicate with the Technical Management team.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of senior management experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and excellence within coaching, consulting, or executive leadership environments. Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to inspire and lead coaching teams are essential. A hands-on approach and a people-centric leadership style, with a focus on fostering innovation and engagement, are key to success in this role.
