Position Overview:
As an Executive Coach specializing in C-suite & executive leadership, you will play a pivotal role in helping seasoned executives achieve their ambitious goals and unlock their full potential. You will utilize our client\'s proven and structured coaching approach (training will be provided) to deliver personalized guidance, valuable feedback, and profound insights that will enhance the leadership effectiveness and decision-making skills of your clients.
Key Qualifications:
- To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Extensive VP / C-suite Experience or Equivalent: You should have a track record of at least 5 years of highly successful and accomplished VP or C-suite roles, which may include CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, CIO, or equivalent positions.
- Effective Communication and Influencing Abilities: You should be adept at communication and influencing, with the ability to foster collaboration and achieve productive outcomes.
- Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business strategies, market dynamics, and effective leadership practices is essential.
Desirable Qualifications:
While not mandatory, a Masters or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, coupled with experience in team building and new business development, would be advantageous.
