Working under the guidance of the Class Teacher and SENCO, you will:

  • Provide high-quality 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
  • Support children to access learning both inside and outside the classroom
  • Help create an inclusive, nurturing and engaging learning environment
  • Work closely with teachers, families and external agencies to support pupil progress and wellbeing
  • Encourage children’s independence, confidence and social development
