Key Responsibilities
- Design policy-driven, API-first storage automation using Ansible, Python, and Terraform.
- Build reusable modules for provisioning LUNs, file shares, snapshots, replication, and migration.
- Integrate with CI/CD (Jenkins/Tekton/GitHub Actions) and ITSM/CMDB for change and audit.
- Embed security (RBAC, secrets, encryption) and observability (metrics, logs, traces).
- Standardise runbooks and enable squads via documentation and enablement sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Ansible/Python/Terraform experience in storage automation.
- Knowledge of SAN/NAS/DPS platforms (Dell EMC, Pure, NetApp, Data Domain, Cisco/Brocade).
- Understanding of CSI, OpenShift/Kubernetes, and GitOps practices.
- Experience in regulated environments with audit and compliance requirements.
