We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Solution Architect with over 20 years of expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing security solutions across diverse environments. The ideal candidate will lead the development of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, ensure compliance with industry standards, and work closely with stakeholders to protect our organization from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Design: Lead the design and development of robust cybersecurity architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic cybersecurity framework that includes policies, standards, and procedures to protect critical assets.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities within the organization’s systems and processes; recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Technology Integration: Evaluate and select appropriate cybersecurity technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption tools) to enhance security posture and integrate them effectively.
  • Cloud Security: Design and implement security solutions for cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) ensuring data protection and compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with IT, engineering, and business teams to ensure security is integrated into all stages of development and operations.
  • Threat Management: Implement threat detection, incident response, and resilience strategies, including monitoring and analysis of security events and alerts.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the organization meets all regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) related to cybersecurity.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior cybersecurity staff and cross-functional teams.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest trends, threats, and advancements in cybersecurity and make recommendations for continuous improvement of the security framework.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on solution architecture and design.
  • Certifications: Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCSP, etc.) are highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and experience with security technologies (SIEM, endpoint protection, data loss prevention).
