Employment: Permanent (Full Time, Mon-Fri)

Hours: Mon-Thurs (08:00 – 16:30) & Fri (08:00 – 15:30)

The Job:

In this office-based role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and agents, handling enquiries via phone and email, processing warranty claims, and managing transport and repair logistics. As the Agent Support Coordinator, you’ll use systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and CFIN to log data and resolve invoice queries, whilst working with our technicians and the wider After Sales Service Team to provide updates, chase repairs, and support technical queries. You’ll also deliver quotes, handle customer complaints, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

About You:

  • Experience working in an administration / coordination capacity
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully build and maintain relationships
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Working experience of SAP and comparable systems (Desirable)
