Role Overview

You will be responsible for shaping and executing the vision for eCommerce growth, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring our marketing initiatives are aligned with both global objectives and local market needs. Act as the main point of contact with local marketing leaders and their teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution of eCommerce initiatives. You support the digital transformation, train and coach your team to accelerate their digital maturity, while always ensuring the customer is at the heart of every initiative. Partner with Brand, Media, Influencer, and Agency teams to integrate content and marketing strategies across all touchpoints.
