Location: Slough, hybrid. 2-3 days onsite.

The Job: Want to help take EMEA ANZ training further—faster—through digital learning? Our EMEA ANZ Training team is expanding our reach with multi-platform training solutions, and we’re looking for a motivated team member to support the Digital Training Manager in accelerating the development and delivery of high-quality online training materials. In this role, you’ll help meet growing demand for cost-effective, impactful learning that keeps Stanley Black & Decker ahead of the market and supports both internal teams and external customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create, adapt, and deploy digital training modules across internal and external platforms to support the EMEA ANZ training strategy.
  • Produce training media, including filming/editing video content and sourcing/preparing images from the internal library.
  • Review and refine course materials to ensure they are engaging, current, high-quality, and aligned to brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate localisation and publishing, including translations, working with Commercial Training Managers, and partnering with the US Digital team to tailor content for EMEA ANZ.
  • Track, monitor, and report on digital training engagement and effectiveness, partnering with stakeholders to continuously improve outcomes.

  • Solid PC skills (MS Office) and a comfort with learning and using new digital tools and systems.
  • Experience with creative/digital content tools is welcomed (e.g., Adobe Photoshop and video editing using Premiere Pro/After Effects); Articulate 360 is an advantage, and training can be provided.
  • A flexible, curious mindset—open to new ways of working and able to support occasional flexible hours when needed.
