The Job

As the Brand Manager for BLACK+DECKER, you will lead the planning and delivery of marketing and end‑user communications across the EMEA‑ANZ region, supporting the brand’s growth through regional messaging, go‑to‑market mapping, creative adaptation, and overarching campaign management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure full integration and alignment of marketing plans to maximise brand positioning, content and creative execution across product categories.
  • Adapt to regional nuances where necessary and lead EMEA‑ANZ marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Commercialisation and Local Marketing teams to integrate local and retail channel executions.
  • Challenge, influence and guide senior leaders and experts in the organisation.
  • Lead and work effectively in a multi‑cultural, multi‑matrix environment.
