The Job:

  • Support Product Management team in developing and managing products throughout their lifecycle for one of our flagship brands.
  • Execution of product strategies and operationally related tasks to support delivery of the business operating plan.
  • Build skills to become a future Product Manager.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct & support user research, analyse customer feedback, and monitor industry trends to inform product decisions.

Product Development Support:

  • Assist in defining product requirements, creating user stories, and prioritising features based on business value and customer impact.

Project Coordination:

  • Help coordinate product launch activities, manage timelines, and track key performance metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery (on time, on cost, on quality).

Customer Feedback & Quality Assurance:

  • Collect and analyse customer feedback for continuous improvement and participate in user testing.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, maintain product documentation, and support commercial teams with key customer requirements.

Administrative Support:

  • Support the product manager in daily operational tasks and help manage multiple projects simultaneously.
