Job Purpose: Support the successful execution of new product launches across EMEA ANZ region by coordinating cross-functional activities, ensuring timely delivery of brand assets, and maintain the full visibility and control over Tools NPIs (new product initiatives).

Accountability / Objectives:

  • Ensure all NPIs are tracked, updated, and delivered on time via the NPI tracker that tracks the brand content readiness.
  • Support the content creation for all NPIs for Power tools and Hand tools (beauty shots, applications shots, sell sheets, videos, emails, landing pages, etc) and secure timely development and delivery of all required brand and commercial assets.
  • Be responsible to develop the playbooks for ‘market ready’ NPIs. These playbooks consolidate all brand assets to share with the region to use for their local market launch.
  • Enable seamless cross-functional collaboration to support launch excellence with product teams, commercial teams and external agencies.
  • Ensure markets are informed, equipped, and ready for product rollouts. Markets should have clarity when products are launched, what assets will be developed by the brand team and when these assets will be available.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain the NPI tracker, ensuring accurate status tracking, risk identification, and on-time delivery.
  • Lead the development of brand assets throughout the stage-gate process (e.g., sales sheets, digital content, product visuals).
  • Collaborate with internal studio and external partners to deliver core materials such as beauty shots and digital assets.
  • Support creation and deployment of launch toolkits aka playbooks and communication to regional markets.
  • Track progress against key milestones, proactively escalate delays, and drive corrective actions.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of brand execution across all deliverables.
  • Responsible to manage the end-to-end process of sample requirements for content production across all solutions.
  • Work closely with product managers to validate and get approval for product messaging and product samples.
  • Upload product images in the regional DAM.

Competencies, Skills, Experience:

Technical Skills & Professional Aptitudes:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and brand fundamentals, with the ability to support execution across multiple channels.
  • Basic knowledge of digital asset creation and requirements (e.g., email marketing, landing pages, social media content) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency in driving tasks to completion.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Comfortable to work on a hybrid model.
Experience:
  • Experience in brand management, marketing, or a related function.
  • Exposure to product launches or cross-functional project coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
