**The Job:** As the Junior Content Manager, you will be part of our E-commerce team working as a field employee. You will get to:
- Gather ASIN-specific packages of content needed on the Amazon PDPs across the 9 EU markets in which we sell our products (Hero Image, Carousel of pictures, videos, 360, A+ and A+ Premium).
- Participate in the effort to upload content on key PDPs supporting the eTrade Marketing Managers.
- Regularly ensure that our content remains best in class on our key PDPs.
- Report on a monthly basis on the IDQ Score performance across all EU regions for all brands.
- Create content needed to support initiatives such as Shop-in-shop (Brand Stores), Activations (DSP, PPC, merchandising), and LSLP (Large Scale Launch Plan).
- Drive A/B tests on content to confirm the approach taken with the brand teams.
- Own the content playbook developed with the brand teams.
- Train new team members on how to upload content through Vendor Central.
- Prepare the calendar of the content to be developed based on the NPIs pipeline.
- Liaise with other regions outside of Europe to share best practices and content.
