The Job: Are you ready to take DEWALT to new heights? As our Outdoor Brand Manager for the EMEA ANZ region, you’ll be the driving force behind launching DEWALT into the outdoor market. You’ll craft and execute powerful brand strategies, lead innovative marketing campaigns, and ignite growth by connecting with new audiences. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute high-impact brand strategies to accelerate DEWALT’s growth in the outdoor market across EMEA ANZ.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns and manage go-to-market launches for new products, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Create and oversee campaign assets across all channels, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Drive channel activation by integrating promotional strategies and partnering with Shopper Marketing to connect online and in-store experiences.
- Utilize data and market insights to track campaign performance, optimize ROI, and inform ongoing brand and content development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and agency partners to deliver best-in-class creative output and ensure brand consistency.

- Demonstrated experience in brand management or marketing, ideally within the outdoor industry or a related field, supported by a relevant degree or qualification.
- Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel brand campaigns, including content development and effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience marketing to both business and consumer audiences (B2B and B2C), with familiarity in digital and in-store retail environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and attention to detail; able to manage multiple complex projects and diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with resilience under pressure and the ability to collaborate with agency partners.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe; fluency in English and possession of a valid driving license.
