The Job:

  • Support Product Management team in developing and managing products throughout their lifecycle for one of our flagship brands. Execution of product strategies and operationally related tasks to support delivery of the business operating plan. Build skills to become a future Product Manager.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct & support user research, analyse customer feedback, and monitor industry trends to inform product decisions.
  • Product Development Support: Assist in defining product requirements, creating user stories, and prioritising features based on business value and customer impact.
  • Project Coordination: Help coordinate product launch activities, manage timelines, and track key performance metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery (on time, on cost, on quality).
  • Customer Feedback & Quality Assurance: Collect and analyse customer feedback for continuous improvement and participate in user testing.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, maintain product documentation, and support commercial teams with key customer requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Support the product manager in daily operational tasks and help manage multiple projects simultaneously.
