The Role: Commercial Training Manager
Location: Based from our training facility in Slough with a requirement of a minimum of 4 days per week, the role will be required to travel across the UK, as necessary

The Job:

What You’ll Do:
- Development of an ongoing annual training plan that is achievable through focused planning and time management
- Ensure this training plan falls in line with commercial goals to achieve financial objectives
- Development of training programs and content that build knowledge and meet the needs of the SBU leaders and local commercial teams and support the commercial objectives for sales growth and achievement of financial targets.
- Management of training budget in line with corporate objectives.
- Management and day to day field-based training program.
The Person:

- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Construction & DIY tools (Automotive/Industrial experience a plus)
- Commercial experience in the power tool/hand tool trade is advantageous
- Strong ability to influence, present to senior leaders, and develop/execute effective training plans
- Skilled in event organisation and delivering engaging presentations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC skills
- Full driver’s license required; flexible to travel across the UK, with a Slough base and occasional weekend work
