The Job
We are seeking an Italian speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full lifecycle recruitment process for designated client groups primarily within Southern Europe. As the TA Partner, you will will independently deliver against recruiting goals whilst working collaboratively with the wider EMEA TA team to drive excellence in full cycle Hiring and TA related projects.
Our Talent Acquisition team identifies top talent for a broad range of positions from inception through to completion. Through effective collaboration with hiring managers and HR colleagues, you will deliver against the recruitment strategy to attract and assess ideal talent for Stanley Black & Decker. We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience and who will be a trusted partner to our stakeholders.
The Person
You’re a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring your recruitment ideas to life. You’re creative and look at situations with an open mind but can navigate a complex, large organization with ease. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. You’re not intimidated by innovation. In fact, you embrace it. You also have:
- Italian Speaking (fluent). Any additional language is a plus
- Experienced in 360 / full lifecycle recruiting
- Demonstrable recruiting experience in either agency, RPO or Inhouse
- Ability to advise and influence leadership
- Disciplined, agile, creative and accountable with a passion for innovation
- You understand the importance of driving ATS use and data integrity
