Position Overview

Agent Support Coordinator located in Spennymoor. Permanent full time, Monday-Friday. Hours: Monday‑Thursday 08:00–16:30, Friday 08:00–15:30. In this office‑based role you will be the first point of contact for customers and agents, handling enquiries via phone and email, processing warranty claims and managing transport and repair logistics. You will log data and resolve invoice queries using Salesforce, SAP and CFIN, and support technicians and the After Sales Service Team with updates, chase repairs and technical queries. You will also deliver quotes, handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and agents via phone and email.
  • Process warranty claims and manage transport and repair logistics.
  • Log data and resolve invoice queries using Salesforce, SAP and CFIN.
  • Collaborate with technicians and the After Sales Service Team to provide updates, chase repairs and support technical queries.
  • Deliver quotes, handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in an administration/coordination capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP or comparable systems (desirable).
