Job: Are you passionate about building relationships and driving profitable sales? We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven individual to develop and expand sales of Dewalt, Stanley, and Irwin hand tools, fastening tools, and storage products within a defined territory. This is an on‑the‑road role, spending 4‑5 days a week visiting wholesale, retail, and direct customers, identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities. What You’ll Do:
- Identify commercial priorities and new business opportunities within the territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with major and potential customers, including wholesalers, indirect, and direct accounts for both brands.
- Create, implement, and update a weekly work plan to achieve agreed sales targets and work goals.
- Develop and execute sales plans and targeted promotional campaigns, measuring and reporting on results.
- Provide Quality Market Information (QMI) and ensure timely delivery.
