We are seeking a dynamic, resultsādriven individual to develop and expand sales of Dewalt, Stanley, and Irwin hand tools, fastening tools, and storage products within a defined territory. This onātheāroad role involves spending 4ā5 days a week visiting wholesale, retail, and direct customers, identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, and helping establish Dewalt and Stanley as the marketāleading, preferred suppliers in the region.
What Youāll Do
- Identify commercial priorities and new business opportunities within the territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with major and potential customers, including wholesalers, indirect, and direct accounts for both brands.
- Create, implement, and update a weekly work plan to achieve agreed sales targets and work goals.
- Develop and execute sales plans and targeted promotional campaigns, measuring and reporting on results.
- Provide Quality Market Information (QMI) and ensure timely delivery.

- Strong selling and negotiating skills ā selling the brands as well as the products.
- Ability to understand and analyse data.
- Excellent communication skills up to the principle decisionāmaker level.
- Ability to āmanage upā and work in a structured, planned manner.
- Knowledge of account management.
