We’re seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead our business unit to new heights. In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll set the strategic direction, define the roadmap, and ensure flawless execution for our assigned product lines. As a mentor and guide to junior product managers and cross-functional teams, you’ll play a crucial part in developing talent and delivering sustainable, profitable results. What You’ll Do:
- Own and deliver EMEA ANZ sales and margin targets, providing performance analysis, forecasting, and proactive strategies for both core and new products.
- Lead the full product lifecycle, including new product development, commercialisation, SKU rationalisation, and end-of-life strategies, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Identify market gaps and opportunities through advanced market intelligence and customer insights, integrating findings into the product roadmap and strategy.
- Develop and execute pricing, commercialisation, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximise sales and profitability.
- Mentor and guide Product Managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Represent EMEA ANZ in global forums, ensuring regional alignment, best practice sharing, and effective communication of product launches, changes, and strategic initiatives.
- Extensive experience in product management and/or marketing within the tools or hardware sector, with a proven track record of taking products from inception to launch and delivering business results.
- In-depth knowledge of the European market and customer landscape.
- Experience working in a matrixed, multinational environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience managing or influencing cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, BI, and MS PowerPoint.
- Deep understanding of product training, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience presenting to large audiences and senior stakeholders, both in-person and virtually.
