The Job

  • Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the HR Administrator will be responsible for delivering the full range of HR administrative tasks accurately.
  • Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HR databases (Workday).
  • Prepare HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, promotion, and bonus letters.
  • Support new employee onboarding and deliver engaging HR inductions.
  • Coordinate IT, finance, and travel arrangements for new hires.
  • Manage the leavers process, including exit interviews and return of company equipment.
  • Process HR invoices and raise purchase orders as required.
  • Assist with absence management and schedule Occupational Health appointments.
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR policies, systems, and practices.
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, and reward/recognition processes.
  • Run HR reports and support business and transformation projects with administrative tasks.

The Person

  • Previous HR administration experience.
  • Experience of using Workday, or other HR Information Systems for inputting, maintaining data and reporting.
  • Attention to detail with a collaborative approach.
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service.
