The Job: As a Customer Service Representative, you will focus on responding appropriately to phone calls, web inquiries, emails, and chat requests from internal and external customers regarding the Stanley Black & Decker suite of products, as well as handling administrative tasks resulting from those interactions.
What you’ll do:
- Handle incoming customer and partner enquiries via phone and email, ensuring queries are resolved promptly, accurately, and logged correctly.
- Process incoming documents and complete administrative tasks to support efficient after-sales service operations.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Record, manage, and maintain accurate case information within Salesforce.
- Develop knowledge of key brand product portfolios.

- Educated to GSCE level (Including English and Maths).
- Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required, while experience using SAP/Salesforce/Five9 is advantageous but not essential.
