The Job: As the Corporate Counsel, Regulatory, you will provide day-to-day legal counsel to business stakeholders on a wide range of regulatory compliance matters, with a particular focus on global product regulations, especially in Europe. Your responsibilities will include offering legal guidance on product compliance for Stanley Black & Decker's business and products, conducting comprehensive legal research on relevant regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support compliant product development, commercialization, and distribution. You will also monitor and interpret legislative developments to advise business leaders on compliance obligations and work closely with the Legal Department to manage and resolve regulatory inquiries, issues, and disputes, including potential claims involving the company. This position will report to the Associate General Counsel, Antitrust & Regulatory.

- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution
- Demonstrable experience practicing regulatory law at a large law firm or within a corporate legal department
- Experience guiding businesses / stakeholders on European product regulations and directives
- Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad range of regulatory matters
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, and collegiality
