What You’ll Do
- Join the EMEA-ANZ eCommerce team and help shape our Amazon growth strategy across the region.
- Lead category strategy for Amazon EU, defining product assortment, pricing, forecasts, and launch plans to drive growth and strengthen brand performance.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, demand planning, and regional teams to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and deliver winning product strategies for eCommerce.
- Shape Amazon category and product strategy.
- Define assortment, pricing, and growth plans.
- Lead new product launches and support commercialization.
- Analyze sales, market trends, and competitors to unlock growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve performance.
- Build insights, dashboards, and recommendations using data tools such as Stackline.
- Help ensure our products and launches are built for eCommerce success.

Who You Are
- Hold a university degree (Bachelor or Master’s) in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
- Experience in Marketing and/or Analytics and/or Category/Product Management.
- Proficiency in advertising analytics tools (e.g.: Excel) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g.: Power BI) preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excel in collaborative and cross-functional work within a global organisation in business English.
