We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full life-cycle recruitment process for designated client groups within Stanley Black & Decker. Our Talent Acquisition team identifies top talent for a broad range of positions from inception through to completion. With a primary focus on the UKI, you will collaborate with your TA team, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to attract and assess ideal talent.
Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels, building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future needs. Screen and assess candidates via CV reviews and initial calls, and coordinate interview logistics while supporting candidate preparation and feedback collection.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to align on role requirements, sourcing strategies, and recruitment progress. Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity in recruitment systems, while maintaining clear, professional communication to deliver a positive candidate experience.
Support employer branding efforts and continuously develop recruitment skills through feedback and training, staying updated on market trends and best practices.
