The Job:
- Lead the transformation of reporting and analytics capabilities across EMEA and APAC for the Tools & Outdoor business.
- Develop and implement standardised tools, platforms, and reports that enable scalable, data-driven decision-making across the cluster.
- Drive the delivery of strategic analytics initiatives aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
- Ensure reporting solutions are reliable, scalable, and fit for evolving business needs.
- Partner with Finance, Commercial, and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable value.
- Support business growth by strengthening data capabilities across a broad international user base.
- Promote innovation, data literacy, and adoption of new technologies across the organisation.
- Translate business requirements into practical analytics and planning solutions.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement across reporting, analytics, and planning processes.
The Person:

- 6+ years of experience in analytics within a multinational FMCG or similar environment.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale international data and analytics projects.
- Strong technical capability in Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Platform, Alteryx, Snowflake, Oracle Enterprise Planning, SQL, Advanced Excel, Macros, and VBA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective analytics solutions.
- A Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field; certifications or strong project experience in Power BI, Alteryx, Python, or similar tools are a plus.
