We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full life‑cycle recruitment process for designated client groups within Stanley Black & Decker, mainly focusing on the UKI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels, building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Screen and assess candidates via CV reviews and initial calls, and coordinate interview logistics while supporting candidate preparation and feedback collection.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to align on role requirements, sourcing strategies, and recruitment progress.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity in recruitment systems, and maintain clear, professional communication to deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding efforts and continuously develop recruitment skills through feedback and training, staying updated on market trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience in full‑cycle recruiting (desirable).
  • Demonstrated experience delivering high‑quality customer service across multiple channels including phone, face‑to‑face, and email.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to new processes, and respond positively to feedback and coaching.
  • Disciplined, agile, creative, and accountable with a passion for innovation.
  • Fluent in English.
