Job Overview: Support the Product Management team in developing and managing products throughout their lifecycle for one of our flagship brands. Execute product strategies and operational tasks to deliver on the business operating plan, and build skills toward a future Product Manager role.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct and support user research, analyze customer feedback, and monitor industry trends to inform product decisions.
- Product Development Support: Assist in defining product requirements, creating user stories, and prioritizing features based on business value and customer impact.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate product launch activities, manage timelines, and track key performance metrics.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery on time, on cost, and on quality.
- Customer Feedback & QA: Collect and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement and participate in user testing.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, maintain product documentation, and support commercial teams with key customer requirements.
- Administrative Support: Provide daily operational assistance to the product manager and help manage multiple projects simultaneously.
