What You’ll Do:
- Join our dynamic team as a Junior Key Account Manager and drive sales growth across leading automotive groups.
- Explore new business opportunities with regional motor factors, fast-fit centers, and commercial automotive organisations.
- Engage directly with end-user automotive companies, providing on-site technical support and training.
- Maximise opportunities for new product listings and capture competitive business in the Automotive Power Tools sector.
- Spend 2-3 days a week working with national accounts, supporting branch-level initiatives and end-user workouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement account development plans for the automotive channel.
- Negotiate range pricing and promotional deals.
- Maintain high levels of awareness of market and competitor activity, customer trends and provide feedback.
- Maintain a database of account information containing contacts, product range, pricing and margins.
- Monitor procedures to provide best possible customer service.
- Effectively manage the available sales time and account activity to deliver the desired performance.
- Continually develop in-depth technical knowledge of product and marketplace.
- Gain maximum account penetration and distribution of new products.
