The Job:
Are you passionate about driving digital excellence and shaping search strategies on a global scale? As a Google Campaign Manager,e Google will be responsible for leading our regional Always On Search Strategy across our different EMEA ANZ , optimizing performance and KPIs through your expertise in Google products and marketing analytics. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Trade Marketing, and Digital, you’ll define priorities, drive traffic, and support local markets with creative, data-driven media solutions. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to shape our digital presence, foster collaboration, and unlock growth as we continue to roll out our search strategy to new markets in 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the brand’s paid search strategy to achieve digital KPIs and drive strong results in Google Ads, focusing on Search and other campaign types.
- Collaborate with digital and media managers to educate stakeholders and define effective media strategies.
- Implement, optimize, and monitor campaigns, establishing best practices and driving continuous improvement through testing and analytics.
- Present strategic insights and campaign performance to executives, ensuring alignment on KPIs and marketing objectives.
- Partner with agencies and analytics teams for campaign setup, tracking, and performance measurement.
Qualifications:
- Strong strategic insight, data analysis, and optimization skills, with expertise in multi-platform performance measurement.
- Experience managing Always On Search Campaigns
- Demonstrated success in improving marketing efficiencies and ROI/ROAS across international markets.
- Advanced ability to analyze media metrics and deliver actionable insights for both paid and unpaid digital activities.
- Solid track record of managing agency relationships and working within global, matrixed organizations.
- Deep understanding of brand fundamentals and insights management.
- Skilled in Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, Amazon AMS, and third-party measurement tools, with experience in advanced bidding strategies and automation.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented team player with a consumer-centric, results-driven approach.
- Proven experience planning and managing integrated, cross-channel campaigns in agency or in-house settings.
