Role Overview
As the Business Care Partner, you will deliver industry-leading service while building excellent working relationships with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to communication from both internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage orders and process credits on time and accurately.
- Consult with Distribution Centers and Carriers to resolve issues.
- Use product and process knowledge (which will be taught) to resolve relevant issues.
- Continuously work to improve levels of service tailored to individual customers.
- Download weekly orders and manipulate fulfilled orders via MS Excel.
- Work with customer portals to manage query resolution.
Qualifications
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in a customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a dynamic, growing organization.
