What You’ll Do

Join our dynamic team as a Key Account Manager and drive sales growth across leading automotive groups! We\’re seeking a proactive professional to explore new business opportunities with regional motor factors, fast-fit centers, and commercial automotive organisations. You\’ll engage directly with end-user automotive companies, providing on-site technical support and training.

Your mission: maximise opportunities for new product listings and capture competitive business in the Automotive Power Tools sector, with a focus on achieving 85% penetration and adding value with Hand Tools. Spend 2-3 days a week working with national accounts, supporting branch-level initiatives and end-user workouts. Key Responsibilities

  • To design and implement account development plans for the automotive channel.
  • To negotiate range pricing and promotional deals.
  • To maintain high levels of awareness of market and competitor activity, customer trends and provide Business Unit Controllers and team members with this feedback.
  • To maintain a database of account information containing: contacts, product range, pricing and margins.
  • To monitor procedures to provide best possible customer service.
  • To effectively manage the available sales time and account activity, to deliver the desired performance.
  • To continually develop in depth technical knowledge of product and marketplace.
  • To gain maximum account penetration and distribution of new products.

  • Key Account knowledge / experience.
  • Understanding of Automotive an advantage.
  • Driver’s license: Full.
