Nestled in 130 acres of picturesque Berkshire countryside, Stanlake Park is a 16th-century wine estate and one of the UK’s most unique vineyard wedding and event venues. Just 40 minutes from Central London, our romantic setting combines rustic charm, elegant interiors, and English wine heritage - offering couples a truly unforgettable experience.

We’re now looking for a proactive, personable Venue Sales Manager to lead our wedding, corporate and private events sales. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, conducting venue tours (mainly on weekends), managing enquiries, and converting leads into memorable events. You’ll also collaborate closely with event planners and managers, and contribute to the wider business through occasional marketing and operational support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive bookings for weddings, private, and corporate events
  • Host venue viewings and manage CRM communications
  • Support couples throughout their planning journey
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional activity

About You:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in wedding and/or event sales within a high-quality events venue or hospitality environment.
  • Confident, personable, and professional
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially minded and target-driven
  • Enjoys working on-site in a fast-paced team environment

The Role:

  • Full-time 40 hours/week
  • Salary from £35,000 per annum + commission scheme
  • Three-month trial
  • Some weekend work required for viewings
  • Start within the next 2 months
