Stanlake Park Wine Estate is seeking an experienced Estate Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day hospitality operational standards across the estate, including weddings, events, Wine Bar, accommodation and grounds. This senior, hands-on role analyses and ensures everything is done to the right standard and at the right time.

You’ll supervise managers and teams, coordinating across departments and working with the Deputy General Manager to drive continuous improvement.
