Our office is flexible and made up of a lot of all-rounders. It’s an international, dynamic office—about 75% of our projects are in London, and we are also concept architects for some overseas projects. We do not pigeon-hole people doing repetitive work. The structure of the office includes one principal, three directors, and a total of 21 people who are architects/job runners/Part 2’s. Each project has a job runner dedicated to managing it from beginning to end. We work with Vectorworks in this office, but we do not expect candidates to have used this; most have come to us with an AutoCAD background and transitioned easily.

Benefits:

  • 21 days annual leave (increasing to 25 with length of service)
  • Annual discretionary bonus scheme
  • Pension contribution to Company group scheme on pensionable earnings when eligible
  • Critical Illness insurance policy (upon successful completion of probationary period)
