We are looking for a Cover Supervisor to join our team here at Stanground Academy! Join us as a Cover Supervisor, where you’ll lead classes during teacher absences, guide students through pre‑prepared work, and keep lessons running smoothly. You’ll create a positive, well‑managed learning environment, explain tasks clearly, answer general questions, and ensure completed work is returned to teachers. Using effective behaviour‑management strategies, you’ll maintain order, handle any immediate issues, and follow all Trust policies—especially around safeguarding.
