The predicted salary is between 34000 - 36000 € per year.

£34,000 - £36,000 per annum plus generous tips (on average an additional £2.75 per hour) and excellent company discounts and benefits.

Location: Ring O' Bells, Village Road, West Kirby, Wirral, CH48 7HE.

Earn up to £1500 for referring a friend to join our team.

Full company sick pay.

Pension - up to 5% employer contribution (higher than government standard).

About the location:

The Ring O' Bells, a pub full of character and charm, situated in the heart of the old village of West Kirby, is a stone’s throw from its marine lake and bustling village centre. It has long been one of West Kirby's best known pubs that has stood the test of time with generations frequenting her for over three centuries. Having undergone an extensive refurbishment in December 2023, the pub has quickly become a firm favourite with locals and visitors alike, establishing itself as a popular destination for drinks and dining on the Wirral.

Job Description:

We're looking for a positive deputy general manager with an outgoing personality, bags of enthusiasm and a genuine love of people and the industry. Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential as we know you’ll have the attitude and work ethos we’re looking for. Some experience of managing people is also essential, as it’ll be a big team and they’ll be looking to you for direction and guidance.

What we're looking for:

An enthusiastic, friendly and hard-working person who is looking for a sociable and lively place to work. Yes, it will get pretty busy but that’s how we love it – all the team muck in together to get the job done and there’s nothing more rewarding than looking back at the end of a busy shift knowing everyone who came through the door had a great experience. Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential as we know you’ll have the attitude and work ethos we’re looking for – an assistant manager who shares our love of food, drink and most importantly, people. Some experience of managing people is essential, as it's a big team and they'll soon be looking to you for guidance.
