About the location: We are thrilled to take on this much-loved pub in the heart of Denbigh and can't wait to bring it back to the centre of the community. Our aim is to sympathetically restore this beloved building back to a warm and welcoming traditional country pub.

Job Description: We are looking for a sous chef with bags of enthusiasm, a passion for working with fresh local ingredients and a healthy helping of flair and creativity to help head up our kitchen. Our food is fresh, hearty and interesting, with a menu that reflects the seasons & our location, which helps ensure sustainability. You will be involved in menu planning, and given the opportunity to develop your own dishes and indulge your own passions. A genuine love of food, attention to detail, and experience of a busy high-volume kitchen at sous chef level is vital.
