About the location: We are thrilled to take on this much-loved pub in the heart of Denbigh and can't wait to bring it back to the centre of the community. From what we've heard, it's been a firm favourite with both locals and visitors for many years, and we sincerely hope to do it justice. After being closed for the past couple of years, our aim is to sympathetically restore this beloved building back to a warm and welcoming traditional country pub.
Job Description: We are looking for a senior sous chef with enthusiasm, a passion for working with fresh local ingredients and flair and creativity to help head up our kitchen. Fine dining, we are not, but quality well-executed fresh food is very much what we’re about. Our food is fresh, hearty and interesting, with a menu that reflects the seasons and our location, which helps ensure sustainability and prevents our customers and kitchen team from getting bored. Our constantly evolving menu is a combination of well-loved classics and more interesting dishes taking influence from all over the world.
