About the location: We are thrilled to take on this much-loved pub in the heart of Denbigh and can't wait to bring it back to the centre of the community. Our aim is to sympathetically restore this beloved building back to a warm and welcoming traditional country pub.
Job Description:
- Ensuring all public areas, guest bedrooms (when opened), and other allocated areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard every day.
- Responsible for routine and periodic cleaning.
- Reporting wear and tear.
- Ensuring all areas are presented to the high standard required.
- Some managerial duties – including orders, rotas, bits of admin and liaising with the management team.

What we're looking for:
As Head Cleaner/Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining our exceptionally high standards of cleanliness throughout the entire pub and ensuring the team consistently strives for the same level of excellence and attention to detail. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who takes real pride in their work, leads by example, and can motivate and organise a team in a busy hospitality environment. You will oversee daily cleaning operations across all public areas and guest accommodation (once opened), ensuring every area is presented to the highest possible standard.
