They will even consider an engineer with experience in the high-voltage power industry whether Power Grids, Sub Stations who enjoys developing colleagues and looking to change careers into Training and Development. They will fully train and develop you including a professional training qualification.
As an organisation they operate across several different industries and are growing globally. They provide a wide range of training, including classroom sessions, simulators to replicate real world situations and digital learning.
You will combine strong technical knowledge with the ability to deliver engaging training and robust assessment, supporting learners to achieve industry-recognised qualifications.
Working with both existing and new customers, you will help identify training requirements, develop appropriate programmes and ensure consistently high standards of delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining training equipment, managing assessment activities and ensuring all training complies with relevant health & safety legislation, industry standards and awarding-body requirements.

The salary range is between £50,000 and £64,000
