Knowing what luxury 5 star customer service looks like, and how to deliver it through a team is the essence of this role. They have embraced how AI and tech can elevate their personal touch and not replace it.

You will have led large teams and will be inquisitive about future AI developments with extensive experience in luxury or high-end customer service. The organisation is a luxury retailer who have seen significant growth in their ecommerce and mail order business since 2021. Their customer base covers a broad geographic and demographic.

There are regular loyal customers worldwide (especially from the US), and customers who appreciate the first class service and high quality products, and are looking for the same seamless service when ordering online, over the phone and even who write in.

This role will be leading their Customer Service and Mail Order Team of about 40, with involvement in their outsourced first response team, and their logistics provider. This is a high achieving team, and as this function continues to grow it’s imperative that the level of service is matched and exceeded.

You will have experience of providing high-end customer service both physically and digitally. Will thrive on managing and developing teams. Working across different functions such as CS, Mail order and ecommerce, warehouse and stock management, you will have first class communication and organisational skills.

The role is 5 days based at their site in Ballinluig near to Perth.
