About the Role: This is a pivotal support role where you’ll be the go-to person behind the scenes. Working alongside their sales and tech teams, you’ll ensure our customers receive prompt, clear, and professional support - every time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answering and directing incoming customer and support calls
- Booking appointments and managing sales reps’ calendars
- Assisting with quoting and following up on low-level opportunities
- Supporting office coordination for the sales/tech team
- Booking travel, accommodation, and ordering team uniforms
- Helping at field days and promotional events
- Ensuring every customer receives fast and clear communication
