About the Role

This is a pivotal support role where you’ll be the go-to person behind the scenes. Working alongside their sales and tech teams, you’ll ensure our customers receive prompt, clear, and professional support - every time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answering and directing incoming customer and support calls
  • Booking appointments and managing sales reps’ calendars
  • Assisting with quoting and following up on low-level opportunities
  • Supporting office coordination for the sales/tech team
  • Booking travel, accommodation, and ordering team uniforms
  • Helping at field days and promotional events
  • Ensuring every customer receives fast and clear communication

  • Previous experience in admin, sales support, or similar roles
