They are constantly investing in their centres and are opening several new centres each year, as well as now establishing and growing the organisation in Canada - this has also opened up new career opportunities for their UK teams.
Their Talent Development programmes ensure growth, retention and development for their teams, and they are always supporting and encouraging people to progress, even if they are considering moving into completely different roles. They are not overly corporate and make commercial decisions quickly.
The successful candidate will have experience managing a budget of at least £1 million, a passion for inspiring and developing teams, and will deliver a top-notch operational and customer-focused leisure or hospitality operation.
The salary is up to £48k, with market-leading bonuses (the average bonus for 2023 was £40,000). In addition, there is an Electric Vehicle Scheme, an enhanced pension, healthcare cash plans and a range of other discounted benefits.
