All of their bowling centres are equipped with at least 14 lanes, a licensed bar, Hollywood Diner and an amusements zone cram-jammed with the latest games.They continue to expand their estate and look for profitable opportunities to grow, with an average of three new sites opening each year and are an employer who will invest in you and develop your career further.Role OverviewWhen joining my client as a Deputy Manager, you will receive a thorough induction, to set you up for success and make sure you are fully trained across all areas of the busy centre, including the lanes, the bar and diner, and the amusements area.You will be an ambitious manager looking for a highly autonomous role, where you will take accountability for the centre in the absence of the General Manager. This employer will invest in you and develop you to General Manager level, within twelve to eighteen months.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs a Deputy Manager you will be at the very centre of the customer and team experience and taking accountability for the centre in the absence of the Centre Manager.Deputy Managers are trained across all key areas of the centre to support the effective operation of the business. The role is varied and exciting!
