You are a general manager from a hotel background with experience of driving revenue from multiple areas, looking for your next role where you can make a real impact. You know what good looks like, you operate at a high standard, can engage and motivate a team, and are a natural communicator with a commercial mindset.

You will support the team leaders in each area and also be hands-on, with a keen eye for detail on how the rooms are presented, the grounds are maintained, and the service and delivery across food and beverage. The team is approximately 50 members.

You will be responsible for P&L at this site and have a commercial overview to ensure maximising occupancy, increasing revenue spend, ensuring costs are managed, and will be motivated to meet financial targets.

The organisation is a new venture founded by experienced operators in the high-end leisure and hospitality sector. They currently have several large sites that they are converting into countryside hangouts, featuring restaurants, bars, a golf course, a range of sports, a gym, and eco cabins for short-term breaks. They also have a Michelin-starred restaurateur who has designed their menus.

This is their first site that opened late last year with the second opening soon. They recently had great reviews in the Times and the Mail which has been a real boost that their hard work is being recognised.

The range for GM level is up to £65k including TRONC based in Farrington Gurney.
