A HR Interim needed for an initial 3 month period.
The organisation is going through a transformation as they have a focus on different business streams.
They provide a range of services to housing associations with a focus on retrofit and capital works.
With major reinvestment the organsiation will be scaling up and adapting, developing their workforce with the skills needed while also focusing on their early careers programme.
You'll be working with the HRD and wider HR team on a range of HR projects, and will also be comfortable supporting with BAU accountabilities.
The are ideally looking to engage with a professional HR Interim who enjoys supporting a broad range of commercial projects, has strong stakeholder management experience, an understanding of soclal housing capital improvement and retrofit programmes would be bonus for the HRD.
The role can be offered on an FTC or a day rate basis.
